To reach great heights in your life it doesn’t matter how many pimples you have on your face! It’s just about the time, effort, and hard work you put in during your teenage to succeed in your life!
This article is to motivate those who are having many pimples and to make you not to worry about having pimples is the main intention of writing this blog. If someone says, you won’t get pimples after teenage… Don’t believe them! As far as pimples are concerned, it has no age limit!
Whenever you failed to maintain your body and skin properly… at that time, you will surely get pimples! I got my first pimple when I was in graduation! Many will say like pimple will be cured if you poke or pop it so that the pimples won’t spread anymore. Never do that otherwise pimples will leave acne scars on your face!
You get pimples if you don’t wash our face properly, if you don’t drink enough water, if you don’t sleep well and if you are over-stressed, if you eat oily and junk foods. If you are also not aware of the reasons for getting pimples, please be aware of it!
1. Regular Face Wash!
Do wash your face properly in the morning and night daily using a mild facewash. If you didn’t do so, then you may have chances of getting pimples!
2. Drink Plenty of Water!
Drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water a day. Drinking plenty of water will keep your body hydrated and it is highly beneficial for the skin as well!
3. Avoid Oily and Junk Foods!
The third important thing is to avoid oily and junk foods. Higher the intake of spices and outside junk foods, higher will be the production of sebum in your skin; that is, the production of oil in your face will be increased and this excess oil will clog your facial pores.
So, you must frequently wash it properly otherwise bacteria, dirt, and impurities will settle inside the pores and this oil will close that pore. These will gradually react inside and thereby you get pimples!
4. Avoid Over Stress!
The fourth important reason is to avoid getting over-stressed! If you’re over-stressed, then your body will undergo severe hormonal imbalances. Especially during your teenage, you’ll have severe hormonal imbalances in your body resulting in excessive oil or sebum production in your face and so, that oil may clog your pores resulting in the chances of getting pimples!
5. Sound Sleep!
The fifth important thing is to have proper sleep. Sleep is very very important. If you are sleeping at 1 or 2 am in the night and waking up at 10 am in the morning and if you say that you slept for 8 to 10 hours then it’s actually wrong!
Your body has a specific resting time and it must take rest at that time. And if you’re actively working during that time without sleeping then your body will undergo extreme hormonal imbalance and you won’t have proper digestion as the body will do the cleansing activities in your stomach in a resting position at night! so that you can go freely in the morning! How to Overcome Social Anxiety about Pimples/ Acne?
You can surely use any facewash or creams for treating pimples but without following any of the methods which I have said, that is.. not drinking water properly, not sleeping and eating well, and becoming over-stressed, you won’t have any results.
At the same time, no one will go away from you though you have a lot of pimples. The next time when you go out, do step out with courage even if you have many pimples on your face. As nothing is permanent in this world, the pimples you have today may vanish tomorrow!
So, please don’t avoid attending any function for just a simple matter like pimples and please don’t feel for having pimples. This is something that everyone is getting! Almost 95% of people in the world’s population are getting pimples/acne.
Don’t take pimples as a big thing and keep worrying about that! There are many things to worry about in our life! So, in that case, don’t consider the pimples on your face as a flaw! You are just a teenager now. You have so much to see in your life. So don’t get demotivated if you started getting pimples!
